Costa Del Sol - Grand Prairie: Reviews & Ratings
Nice restaurant to eat at. Beautiful waitresses. Great food always.
Stopped because I’m passing one day there was a ton of cars. Always a good sign in our experience. Decided to try the guisado de puerco, caldo de res, Menudo and some tacos de pastor. Best out of them all was the Caldo de Res and Tacos. Menudo was mid. Flavor wasn’t there for me. Guisado was good but not great. We would return but only for Caldo and Tacos.
I really enjoyed this restaurant. Great Mexican seafood with an assortment of country dishes. The atmosphere was old school, and my large group was in good hands with the Mexican ladies who seemed to cheerfully carry the weight of the world on their shoulders.
We had chilaquiles breakfast and it was good!! The place is clean and very great prices.
Went here for lunch and had their fish tacos. The tacos were very delicious and best non fried fish tacos I have ever had. Was one of a handful of non Hispanic folks there and will say cannot find a more authentic place to try. Highly recommend
I will give it a 4.5 because I want to come back and try and see if they still have the same flavor and quality. The picture Below is the Caldo de Res or Beef Soup and in a cold day you must and I say must… must try it. They also have the most flavorful frijoles charros in DFW so far. Not in a glamorous town, but the food will make you feel like a million bucks.
Waiters are a hit and miss here. Took forever to take our drink order. However the food here is delicious! Fajitas, ceviche, the gorditas de chicharron, the torta de fajita is my favorite! This time i ordered a tostada de camaron, no complaints whatsoever. They do charge for refills on chips and salsa. Wasn't aware of that until we got our tab and not sure if their menu has that information. But overall, one of my top places for a quick bite !
WOW this place has the best tortas and shrimp cocktails. Amazing beans! Best little hole in the wall to go and eat authentic Mexican food…. My fiancé and I loved it. Oh I forgot to mention you get a B lot of bang for your Buck. You won’t be disappointed!
